Roger brings to the table over thirty years of recruitment experience having started, scaled and exited multiple recruitment businesses. He commenced his recruitment career in 1995 where he founded a business called Robertson Smart which later rebranded into Charterhouse Partnership, a recruitment consultancy which now employs over 200 staff globally.
During his time at Charterhouse, he built the Legal business from scratch through hiring and training consultants who eventually became the top performing recruiters in the business.
In 2016, Roger co-founded Avocet Search.
